Refund Policy

Change of mind is not acceptable for a refund reason.

No cash refunds.

Products purchased on sale or during promotions cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
Due to the differences in color monitors, screens, and lighting used during photo shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore, products cannot be exchanged for this reason. An exchange or refund of any product(s) will take place, if the product(s) received have any manufacturing defects.
We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases where the product is out of stock or has a manufacturing defect
Payment refund can take up to 20 working days from the time we receive returned goods.
company reserves the right to cancel any order at any stage due to product unavailability or any other reason. customer will be notified via email.
Order inquiries will only be entertained within 20 working days after placement of the order.
Claims and complaints about order will not be entertained after 7 days of delivery.
Partial refund of orders placed through wallet accounts (Jazzcash, Easypaisa, Upaisa, Zindagi) & IBFT for the under-mentioned reasons will only be made via vouchers that can be redeemed online.
